Commission
1. Service Definition
DONEIN48H provides a digital commission service for one-page website architecture and design. The 'Launch Package' includes up to 5 sections, mobile optimization, and basic SEO. Any additional sections or features are considered 'Add-ons' and are billed accordingly.
2. Delivery & Timeline
The '48-Hour Delivery' window begins only after the client has successfully submitted all required assets (logo, brief, and images) and completed the checkout process. Business hours are Sunday through Thursday. Commissions placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed starting Sunday morning.
3. Payment & Refunds
Due to the rapid nature of our fulfillment and the allocation of artistic resources, all commissions are non-refundable. By authorizing the payment, the client acknowledges that the service begins immediately and that 'all sales are final.'
4. Revisions
The base commission includes one initial delivery draft. Any subsequent changes, text edits, or image swaps can be processed by our developers at a flat rate of $20 per hour. This ensures we can maintain our $147 base price for all clients.
5. Asset Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all images and logos provided to DONEIN48H. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials. We reserve the right to refuse assets that are low-quality or inappropriate.
6. Third-Party Costs
Fees for Domain Registration (above our setup fee) and ongoing hosting renewals (after the first year) are the sole responsibility of the client and are billed by third-party providers.
